Welcome to Coral Bloom. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the wedding planning and event management services we offer. 1. Services Overview

Coral Bloom specializes in bespoke marine-themed weddings and event management. Our comprehensive services include, but are not limited to:

• Full-service wedding planning from conception to execution.
• Venue selection and booking, including unique locations such as aquariums and coastal resorts.
• Custom marine-inspired decor design and floral arrangements with evocative aquatic elements.
• Catering coordination with a focus on premium seafood options.
• Photography and videography services, including specialized underwater shoots and stunning drone footage of coastal landscapes.
• Entertainment booking, securing acoustic acts, string quartets, and diverse cultural performances.
• Comprehensive guest management and seamless day-of coordination.
• Expert planning for unforgettable honeymoons.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the most successful event, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information regarding event details, preferences, and guest counts.
• Making prompt payments as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Communicating any changes or requests in writing and allowing reasonable time for adjustments.
• Ensuring all necessary permissions, licenses, or permits specific to client actions are secured if not part of Coral Bloom's agreed scope.

3. Payment Terms

A detailed payment schedule will be outlined in your personalized service agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services and initiate planning. Subsequent payments will be due at various stages of the planning process, with the final balance typically due prior to the event date. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are clearly defined within your individual service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Any further refunds for services, if applicable, will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date and the extent of services already rendered or resources committed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is the property of Coral Bloom or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content tanpa our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coral Bloom strives to provide exceptional service. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified terms.
